The weight of the warm water, the gentle massage jets, the soft glow of the candles – everything was designed to help Henry shed the stress of the week. He reclined in his jacuzzi, the tension melting away from his shoulders. He was content. He was at peace.

A brusque voice on the phone shattered his calm. "Mr. Davis? We need to see you immediately. There is a problem with your medical file." Henry sat up, the water suddenly feeling too cold.

The doctor's tone was grim: "We've made a grievous mistake. Your medical records have been confused with someone else's." The serenity of the jacuzzi evaporated. He was suddenly shivering.
